Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • An unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof while requesting a return.

Important Note

  • The opening video must be recorded from the moment the package is sealed and opened, without cuts or pauses.

  • Returns without a valid opening video will not be accepted.

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 3 days will not be eligible for return.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery.

  • Tags or original packaging are missing.

  • The opening video is not provided.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
